The Mashable Meme Machine is a daily look at five hilarious viral topics spreading across the web right now.
You’d think with nearly half the Internet shut down, Meme Machine would grind to an agonizing halt. Not so, kiddies! The Meme Machine is like the crazy nasty honey badger — it does whatever it wants!
These memes have been gathered amidst the SOPA blackout to satiate your need for weirdness from all corners of the web. Today there’s an awkward dude who apparently knows a lot of celebrities, more fun in the Philippines, and of course, the Queen of the Internet herself: Betty White. Enjoy, my fellow bronies!

Clever Googling? Wolfram Alpha? Tweets about where to go and what to do are exploding out of the Wiki-less panic.
The genius few, like user @andrewgould, have it right: The answer is totally Encarta 99.
